This homepage is a hub for information and communication within the community. You can find notices, meeting details, contact information and important documents like the Architectural Request form, Rules and Regulations, Bylaws and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions here.

 

Access to the Homeowner Portal where owners may view their account, make payments and access other Association information is available through the Community Link at rossmorganco.com. Refer to the set-up guidelines under Property Management information.

 

For member-only content on this community site, please register here to obtain a password and once verified you will be able to login to view and use all the features at Ourknollwood.  

 

General Session Minutes will be posted here for every board meeting along with newsletters, as well as special notices regarding unscheduled meetings. Other items of interest to homeowners will be added periodically.

As with most web sites, this is a work in progress and will be updated and changed quite often in order to reflect the desires of the community.
