Associate Membership in KPOA

All this by becoming an Associate Member of Knollwood Property Owners Association (KPOA).
In 1960 two tracts were developed around the golf course and the owners formed the KPOA. Multiple homes surrounding the Golf Course were developed after formation of the KPOA and in 1982 the bylaws were amended to provide for Associate Membership. This gives homeowners not within KPOA boundaries to receive the following benefits:
- Multiple security patrols per day provided by the KPOA contracted security company
- KPOA Newsletter KNOLLWOOD KADDY
- Invitations to Social events hosted by KPOA
KPOA is currently offering Associate Membership to homeowners around the Knollwood Country Club Golf Course.
