Filming Policy Application and Agreement
Knollwood Property Owners Association homeowners, we enjoy a beautiful and well-maintained residential community containing an abundance of architecturally interesting 1960's era homes with large, open floor plans on half-acre lots surrounding the Knollwood Country club Golf Course. Our Filming Policy will allow homeowners the opportunity to rent their homes to production companies for movie shoots, commercials, videos, public service announcements, still photo shoots and television series episodes (collectively, "filming") in accordance with established fees and restrictions.
Having a production company use your home for location shooting can be fun, exciting and financially lucrative. However, for those not participating in the filming, the activities, equipment and personnel surrounding the filming can be disruptive and present inconveniences. Because film industry location shooting is a way of life in Los Angeles, the filming policy seeks to ensure the Homeowner's ability to participate in filming while safeguarding the security and safety of the Knollwood neighborhood.
Please click on the links below for the Filming Policy, along with the Filming Application and Filming Agreement both of which must be completed and submitted to Mike Marsh at Gold Coast Association Management for approval by the KPOA Filming Committee.
Also note, the application fee and filming fees must be paid prior to commencement of any production days and checks are payable to the Knollwood Property Owners Association.
