chevron_rightAre Board Meetings Open to All Residents. If so, where and when are they held? All residents are encouraged to attend the Board Meetings. They are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6.30PM. Meeting location will be posted on signs four days prior to the meeting at the following corners: Balboa & Knollwood, Woodley & Knollwood, and Pineridge & Knollwood.

chevron_rightDo I need the Homeowner's Association approval to make any changes to my landscaping?
Yes! Even for small projects, it is mandatory to fill out an "Architectural Improvement Application" and submit it to Mike Marsh with property management.
The Architectural Improvement Application is also available to download and print from the home page under the Architectural section.
