Welcome to the Knollwood Property Owners Association website.
 
If you are visiting, you may only view items under the Welcome heading in the left margin. If you are registered on our website, you will need to Login to view/use all the features of this website.  For an overview of the website, please click here. 
 
The HOA General Session Minutes will be posted for every board meeting (minutes are password protected), so please fill out your profile information to obtain your password.
 
The newsletter will be published on our site as well as special notices regarding unscheduled meetings. Other items of interest to homeowners will be added periodically.

Please let us know what you think about our website.  Any suggestions you may have for making it more relevant to your needs would be appreciated.  As with most web sites, this is a work in progress and will be updated and changed quite often in order to reflect the desires of the community.

2024 HOLIDAY DECORATING CONTEST WINNERS
Friday, January 3rd to Saturday, February 22nd
The Association is very pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Holiday Decorating Contest. Judging took place in three categories:Holiday Spirit, Merry & Bright and The Griswolds.
 
Thank you to all the families participating in this year's contest, it was exciting to see the enthusiasm and creativity with each display throughout the community. We'd also like to recognize the efforts of our judging panel.

Please Note:
In an effort to modernize community governance meetings in California, Assembly Bill 648 - creating Civil Code Section 4926 - allows telephonic or virtual board meetings to be held without the physical location required by Civil Code Section 4090(b) starting January 1st, 2024.

KPOA MEMBER MEETING REGISTRATION 
 
Members interested in joining board meetings via Zoom should register with management at least two days prior to the meeting date:
 
 
1. Request the registration link from our property manager Mike Marsh at mike@goldcoastmgt.com       
2. KPOA member registers for the meeting 
3. After verifying the participant, the meeting link will be sent to the authenticated email address
4. All members need to register at least 2 days prior to the meeting date to allow time for verification
5.  Meeting log in information can also be accessed via the secure homeowner account portal.
