KPOA GENERAL SESSION ONLINE MEETINGS
Due to the COVID-19 crisis the Board of Directors has been meeting via Zoom teleconferencing. This has allowed the Board of Directors to continue addressing issues in our community. It also provides a way for homeowners to participate in monthly community discussions from the comfort and safety of their home. However, the technology is not without risks and the Board of Directors had tried to balance homeowner accessibility and security. During the first Zoom meeting in April multiple users entered the meeting and started Zoom Bombing.
KPOA MEMBERS REGISTERING FOR ONLINE MEETINGS
The Association has dealt with disruptive people joining the meetings, causing disturbances and misrepresenting themselves as KPOA members. All security protocols at our disposal have been employed with the most important verifying homeowners prior to distributing the meeting link. All KPOA members wanting to join the meeting must register at least 2 days prior to the meeting:
1. Request the registration link from our property manager Mike Marsh

2. KPOA member registers for the meeting
3. After verifying the participant, the meeting link will be sent to the authenticated email
address
4. All members need to register at least 2 days prior to the meeting date to allow time for verification
